Lets talk about Sources on the Recruiting Board

not to have to name names or anything, but several posters around here seem to come up with legit sources for things regarding recruiting. Is it known on these boards that any posters actually have sources directly on the coaching/recruiting staffs? Seems like it would be a possibility since BR is a small town.

I think most really have someone they consider a "source," but in reality, it's probably just someone who knows someone who knows someone who is close with a recruit.

Does it really matter. Most of the time they are correct. I was told about cam and bowers 10 days before it happened. I was told about the TM7 getting kicked off before it blew up on TD. As long as they know who cares who their source is.
