Jeff Duncan sighting in the quarters...

I was having lunch at Cafe du Monde last Thursday. As I overheard a conversation, I noticed Jeff Duncan sitting at another table to my immediate left. I eavesdropped as he rambled on to his male Arabic significant other about how depressing his life has become. He mentioned a self-imposed ban that he placed on himself after trolling Saints talk in the Jazziest of ways. He currently has nothing to live for, and upon deciding not to take his own life, he is counting down the seconds until the ban is lifted.
