Puppy knocks PS3 to the ground, getting the following error when I turn on

"Cannot Start: The appropriate system storage was not found"
That sounds like the HDD was knocked loose. Is that right? Is that something that is fixable by a non-computer expert, or at all?

There are plenty of online guides and videos on how to replace the PS3 HDD.
You don't need to be an expert. There are tons of children way younger than you who enjoy making tutorials. Just google it. You will not be led astray.

Should beefy easy. Ps3s usually have an easy access slot for HDs. Just open that slot and straighten it out
