| What is the best Way to Cook Kabobs in the oven? (Posted on 2/14/13 at 8:29 am)
I want to do some chicken kabobs tonight. It would be a lot easier for me to do them inside. Any advice on what to cook them on, and how long to cook them in the oven? Thanks!

Season them like you like, put in oven, put oven on grill.

Preheat the broiler to high, line your broiler pan w/foil. Get the meat around 4-6 inches from the broiler and let 'er rip. Note: you will probably need to clean the oven when you're done.

You can just set them on the oven racks under the broiler if you want the marks. Also put a pan underneath to catch all the mess so you won't have to clean.
