Cast is not great so far. Another Hantz on Tv. Favorites are not very memorable. I keep watching this show expecting something different but getting the same thing. At least theres hot chicks in little pants.

This show will only get better if they took away all the rice, fire, shite like that. Put them on a place with resources but don't give them training wheels. Make them survive.

I was just lamenting that the island location is getting old and they give them too much food and they have too many food challenges.

It was so obvious Fran was going home. She got a huge amount of screen time. When someone who only played the game 3 days gets more air time than huge stars, red flags go up. She did not deserve to be there anyway. Chelsea or Lisa should have taken her place. And  when Malcolm touched Cochran's shoulder after what he said.

I hate how they reuse and rename. Samoa was used 4 times with 4 different names. If it was played in the USA it would be called Survivor: USA, Survivor: America, Survivor: North America during its different iterations.

put them in south central LA with no money, no id, no credit cards, no phones and no outside help from people they already know...that is what I call survivor

Exactly. They keep going to tropical paradises...the best ones were when they were in the Australian Outback and Africa
Gross water, gross living conditions, actual dangerous animals...it was a lot more gritty
Now its just exotic location after exotic location

they're gonna have to start getting creative soon. I like your idea. Show people turning into crack feens, turning tricks for 40's. That's reality tv worth watching.

They have so many places they can go to but they like the same thing. I want to see India, Japan, Egypt, etc.
BTW, I get to meet the Specialist and 100 other reality stars in April at Reality Rally.

The tropical island setting the ideal spot for them to drop off pretty blondes and watch them bathe in bikinis in the ocean for 39 days. After 20-something seasons I'm guessing that's their way of ensuring good ratings (along with constantly bringing back players).
But yeah, it was obvious Francesca was getting the boot first, again. Malcolm should have won last season so
I'm hoping he does well. Does anyone know if the last season had fully aired when they filmed this one? It might help Malcolm if people didn't have the chance to see how dominant he was at the end of last season.

Malcolm left for this season 2 weeks after filming his season. They filmed Caramoan in August and Philippines didn't air until mid September.
