Just came across this list. Locally, Domenica made it with the Pork Shoulder Pie (Balzano)

LINK

Let the record state, the list does include a Best Frozen Pizza Category.

I went last night to cap off Mardi Gras, wanted to order but passed. Won't next time around.

Did have 3 excellent pies:
Lamb Meatball, Tutto Carne(meat pizza), and the Roast Eggplant. All 3 pies were cooked to my liking and were very well dressed and seasoned.

The happy hour deals are insane, and they are more then willing to allow you to maximize the special. Waitress arrived at the table just before time was up to take any additional order.

Yeah, good call on that meatball

now whoever made that decision is a visionary

Thought so too; except for the eggplant which we agreed could have used some crunchy textural element.

Yeah that was overlooked by us at the time. She was really johnny on the spot making sure we got several rounds of food and drink orders in before happy hour expired. Plus she accidentally brought me the wrong glass of wine and promptly went back to retrieve what I ordered and still left the "mistake" on the table for me to drink. Solid server no doubt.

Next time add a yard egg to the above. You will go from visionary to legendary, immediately.

Trust me I would have loved to, but Oenophile Brah absolutely hates eggs. He's also Italian. I call him the Guy Fieri of the Lower Garden District.

Relax Reed!! We had a great meal that could have been EPIC if you would have ordered the Pork Shoulder Pie.
The king cake was amazing.
