I know some on here think I'm a soccer-hating Amerocentric xenophobe, but man does that Arabic/Farsi/Kurdi logo look like an eyesore.

It is, but one would assume they would keep something similar (i.e. our normal unis + adidas stripes)
Which to me makes it better, and if it's similar I'll be buying one.

What if a team like ManU told Adidas, "We will give you a contract to supply our kits, but it can't have the 3 stripes on it". Adidas would have to do this, right? I don't know why, but it just bugs me that everything they make has to have the 3 stripes everywhere.

I assume they wouldn't offer as much on the sponsor bid with those stipulations, it's a large part of their marketing and a uni without it doesn't instantly bring to mind "Adidas"

And apparently Adidas is scheduled to take over for the 14/15 season, so Nike still have one more season as kit sponsor. At least that's what they are saying on FootballShirtCulture
