That is a very confused gun.

It is a Hi Point 995 9mm carbine.
It has been cut down to form a SBR.
The original stock has been replaces with an ATI stock.
It has the ATI stock removed (not easy to do) and replaced with a 6 position Magpul.
It has a cheap red dot up top.
It has an AFG on a makeshift rail upfront.

That's a bingo. You missed the tac light and barrel shroud. Its a franken-gun but it's all mine.

On phone and could only see so much. I just picked one up the other day and trying to decide what to do with it. How hard was it to attach that stock to the ATI furniture? Any regrets about paying $200 on a stamp for a $200 gun? You did get a stamp, right?

Did not buy it like that. Had the carbine already. Bought the ATI stock and then me and a guy I work with brainstormed and came up with the idea. He did most of the gun smithing (flipping the action, adding the charge handle, threading the barrel and making the shroud, trigger job, etc). I just funded the project.

I can get that at the post office, right?

Yes. Just bring the gun with you when you purchase the stamp. They like to put the stamp on the firearm themselves.

Why would you flip the action? Add what charging handle? It already comes with one. Unless you added a rear one that I cannot see. Shitty trigger is shitty trigger, always be a shitty trigger.

I have the same gun and am thinking of doing a toned down version of the OP. Also thinking about posting it on GB, their prices are stupid high for a $250 gun.

the original hi point has the small charge handle on the left side of the gun and ejects to the right. he flipped the charge handle and added an extension on the right side..kinda blends in because it's all black and bad angle.

Gotcha. How bad was the wait with the ATF? I am about to submit a few things.
