Give it up Mrs.Wilson. Your son is a good recruiter and running backs coach, but will never be the head football coach at Louisiana State University. Now quit starting these threads.

IDK about Frank, but I think Chavis will hang it up when Miles does.

Have there been any rumblings of him being offered a coordinator position anywhere

Next year, Frank will make $600,000 here at LSU. The number of OC positions that pay more than that is very small, and they are at places where Frank is unlikely to be considered. I think he will be here for quite a while.

No but he has been looked at for vacant head coaching positions.

Frank's gonna have to leave LSU and come back in order to get the HC job. He'll have to go have Sumlin like success at a place like Houston. LSU isn't replacing a National Championship winning, multiple SEC Title winning head coach with a recruiting guru who has never been more than a position coach in college.

IT IS NOT HAPPENING.

I thought the "Frank Wilson is shday" bit died when he became one of us. SFP used to harp on that shite pretty hard. then I believe he admitted he was wrong/ had some misinformation.

first Frank would have to start out as a coach at a small school, making less than 600k.

or he can make 600k in a very secure job AND be close to home. not to mention the other perks he gets.

just because you recruit well, doesn't mean you're a good coach.

oh I hated Frank when we were up against him. A few months into the job here, I realized I had him pegged wrong.

So your sitting here saying our recruiting methods are not legitimate? Your delusional if you think LSU is anywhere near as shady as Ole Piss or alabama.

Possibly, he is smart, well liked, a great recruiter and has lots of Louisiana ties. But, it is too far off in the distance to determine now.
