This sounds like a pretty good idea for Superbowl game day food.. Wanted to pass along..
Don't like their dipping sauce though..
Any ideas for a good alternative?

Here's a list of other interesting food that'll get the appetite.. and creative juices flowing.

Tempura fried Bacon? I think my arteries hardened just looking at this.

I like the tempura batter recipe.. Using that bad boy on some broccoli, sliced carrots, cauliflour, pickled pigs feet..

The macaroni and cheese sandwich looks crazy but might be better with some leftover homemade mac and cheese instead of the box stuff.

I like this sweet and sour syrup technique from the "Sour Bacon Sandwich" recipe

Wow! Thanks for the "Thrilllist Superbowl Food" link! I already see 4 or 5 things I'll definitely make this weekend, probably more. Perfect food for Superbowl or any big game day.

What about a garlic aioli or a roasted garlic aioli?

Or maybe a pepper jelly type mixture?

Yes.. sounds good.. could you add bacon drippings to the aioli instead of oil?

That sound pretty decadent and delicious to me. I've never done it.

Take a look at the links below, though, for some ideas.
