I've been hiding from the board since the loss to Clem's Son.
But, now that I'm back I'm seeing it mentioned in a thread here and there that there are "OC rumors" about Miles possibly making a change?
What are the rumors? We all know Stud would have to be set up with another job somewhere first before Les shuffles things.
Give me the scoop!

belowpar says he hasn't heard anything, and you got a few other guys who I guess are supposed to be plugged in to TAF types insinuating that they've "heard things". not much more than that.
I'm pretty doubtful any change will happen.

There's going to be more than one change made. I suspected as much after the bowl loss, if for nothing else, just for Miles to keep goodwill.
Usually reliable people involved in some capacity with the program are confirming this, and it's available info on the internet, if you subscribe.

I dont know how there isnt any rumors its unbeliveable we need a new oc Stud is a convirted oline coach he cant call plays worth a shite sorry for language but its the damn truth

I am not advocating they should make a change before NSD, however you can see a good argument for it. It is not a secret that the offense has been inept. For high level recruits on the bubble, a change at the OC position might be enough to push them over to LSU. Of course you could argue that some may leave, I guess it is all about the gamble.

We aren't recruiting anymore offensive players on the bubble in this class.
If the rumors are true, it has a little to do with possibly scaring away recruits, but mostly it has to do with the timing of the potential candidates availability.
If a change is made there's a good bit a details that need to be worked out, and right now Miles' main focus and energy is finishing up this recruiting class.

Why is it assumed that a new OC might scare potential recruits away? I think if anything, it would have the adverse effect.
Would you rather be a receiver going into Cam Cameron's system, or Stud's system?
