The NFL won't exist, but it'll be for a completely different reason than Pollard thinks.

the most plausable theory is that lawsuits from the head injuries will cause insurance cost to rise so much it will cripple lower levels of FB which will eventually trickle up to the NFL.
However, to say the NFL or football won't exist is mostly hyperbole.

If they ban launching your body at ball carriers at all levels and mandate wrapping up in tackles, many of these problems go away.

It'll exist, but my guess is it will be wayyyyyyy different than what we see today.
Given all of the injury stories we hear about now, add in the bigger/stronger/faster effect, and it almost simply can't stay the same.
