Since our commander in chief yesterday wants gay rights over the economy and the debt bomb, how do you gays feels?
Would you put gay rights as your 1st priority for the next term if you were BHO?

Pretty sure his point is tht there are far bigger fish that need frying than gay rights... But hey it's Obama, wtf else should we expect?

Can't we just treat everyone in this country the same? Why on Earth do we want our government to treat any citizens differently?
Let gays marry, just don't force churches to do it.

i always thought the marriage was a religious union. If the govt allows same sex civil unions with the same rights and tax credits a marriage, why do the churches get all upset. They don't have to santify a marriage. Why cant the churches just say "no, we wont marry a same sex couple," and leave it at that?

Equating gay rights to the Civil Rights Movement is an insult to those that fought for civil rights. Skin color vs a behavioral trait...can we discriminate based on behavior anymore, or will you take that away too?
