I'll go with Matt Stafford.

He came off an incredible season where he threw for 5000+ yds and 40+ TDs. He didn't even get half those TDs, his cmp% dropped below 60% and his QB rating fell almost 20 points. He seemed to be the top young pocket passer in the NFL but i'm not sure about that any longer.

I actually like the improvement i saw from him this year. 19/12 TD/INT ratio is a healthy improvement over his 21/17 ratio from a year ago. His rushing numbers are very similar even though his TDs fell a bit. His QB rating improved slightly and with the exception of New Orleans week 17, he finished the season on an tear.

Maybe the rise of RG3/Wilson/Luck/Kaep makes his stock go down... ?

Mike Wallace didn't do much for his free agency, but I'm sure he'll still get overpaid by some idiot GM.

Stafford started to play better by the end of the season, but at that point they were down to Calvin Johnson and a bunch of practice squad scrubs. They lost their #2-5 WRs and their top TE
