Not sure about PSA. Both my Natchez orders have taken about 2 weeks to ship, and once they've shipped I've received them within 3 days.

PSA orders will take 15 business days to ship. I have has three different orders with them and this is what it took.

Natchezz Shooters Supply had 22LR twice a couple weeks ago and Cabelas's had some this past Monday. Both supplies were gone within 15-20 minutes though.
