If it just doesn't starting clicking for Mett and Rivers makes strides forward, is there any chance that he could start next season? He has to at least be as good an athlete as Mett. With his size and pedigree, and if he has some degree of accuracy, is there any chance? I think it was starting to come together for Mett though later in the season.

i think it’s safe to say Jennings will be the starter. Mett had his chance but lack of any mobility will put him as the back-up. Rivers has no chance.

So let's get this right.......Rivers out performs Mett, Lesticles is still coach, and you expect River to then replace Mett?

ZER0, the loyalty Miles shows towards players, it would take a catastrophic event for Rivers to take Metts spot.

Mett is a good QB! The O problems are not Metts fault
We run an antiquated sub high school O.

It's Less Miles Fault !!!!!

Ignorant fans blame the qb. Heck if our receivers would have caught the balls that were in their hands his stats would been better!

Don't expect any change next year with a weak D and another bad O lsu will go 7-5 with a loss to Ole miss!

Only a serious injury or a bar incident that involves law enforcement will result in a change.
