Yeah. Rivers is going to start over the guy who just threw for the 8th most yards in a season in LSU history.

If it just doesn't starting clicking for Mett and Rivers makes strides forward, is there any chance that he could start next season?

Well he only threw 12 touchdowns. Nevermind that anytime we got inside the 20 it was run, run, run.

You really haven't been watching Coach Miles much over the years have you? Zero percent Rivers beats out Mett unless Mett gets hurt.

It's Less Miles Fault !!!!! Ignorant fans blame the qb. Heck if our receivers would have caught the balls that were in their hands his stats would been better!

This statement contradicts itself. If the receivers would have caught the ball then it would not have been Les Miles fault? What?

(Although if this results in a 2 QB system ala JJ/JL 2010 I take no responsibility)

Maybe that could work with Randall (who's probably leaving) but not with Rivers.

Anyway, when do any of us know Miles to go against his loyalty and play someone who could actually be better? I don't think Rivers is, but just as a whole.

0. Even if he's better, he won't start.

I wonder what some posters are watching! Mett developed very well this year. We have the QB we've been waiting for, and you want to replace him? Folks, Mett's not a Heisman candidate, but he's a highly competent college QB with NFL upside. If you don't see that you should stop commenting because you're just not up to it. I was a Mett skeptic going into this year. Not any more.

Mills over Collins
Blue over Ware
Hilliard over Blue
Hill over Hilliard
JJ over JL
Mingo over Edwards
Minter over Hatcher
Mathieu over Brooks

Sho nuf, I can't take the mindless foolishness anymore. Please stop!

0 because of sir Miles. He plays seniors no mater what at QB. This is why we have to start every season with a new QB with no experience! But it will never change. Also we are the only football power house that does not have a featured RB like Hill. O-well.
