How does the OB age their deer meat?

What say you?


Ice chest with ice on top and bottom (meat in the middle)
Let the drain plug out to drain, wait 3-4 days?

Meat quartered on ice for a day or so and then meat cubed up on ice for another day or two

Quartered on ice for 5-7 days. Basically until the water comes out clear when you drain it

That's about what I do. 2-5 days; depending on when I have a block of time to process.
