Last year he was linked to the raiders GM job. This guy is a great hire for Cleveland.

Yeah i just said that because theres been reports that this would happen sonce like October.
Now Bill Simmons needs a knew person to prop up in his podcast to correct all the mistakes and stupid things he says about football.
