I know this is a hard objective to unlock but I was wondering are the chances better unlocking this in groundwar or regular domination?

Regular. Just got it the other night. Its pretty difficult to do an we got lucky because the other team was REALLY bad.

Lucked up and got mine on Overflow last week in random group. Guy got a VTOL in a care package so we capped all 3 and got the medal with about 5 seconds left in first round cause half other team had quit. Ended up winning game 200-22 I think it was lol

I've given up ever getting it, but I would guess regular Dom with a full party of strong players

fricking tag teamed.
There was 6 of us and I was the only 1 at A. Bad things happen when I'm the only person and no tac insert.

You definitely need a full party if you want to give yourself the best chance of achieving it.
Once you have a fully party, just immediately try and triple cap and if you succeed, people on the other team will usually start disconnecting and then you are playing 6 on 4 etc which makes it pretty easy. The biggest problem I had for awhile is that everytime we got close, everyone on the other team would disconnect and the game would forfeit.
Standoff is where I got mine.
