I play on PC and just made level 20 and have yet to peruse any downloadable content. What am I missing?

Great additions to the story, but I wouldn't worry about it until you get through at least 1 playthrough. The two that are out are definitely worth it, so I'd buy the season pass.

Lynyrd - too bad you didn't get that PS3 sooner
Pec - If you like the base game, you'll love the DLC. So far, Mr. Torgue's is my favorite. Dude is just out there. The dialogue on both are fantastic.

i just started playing borderlands 1 b/c a friends said it's a must play, but i can only play by myself, i can't play online. my question is this agme worth playing solo? i played it 2-3 hours last night and i can't decide if i want to get into it. the scenery is kinda depressing and unimpressive and idk if i like it

The second one is a little more forgiving playing solo IMO. The first one is still a great game, but it's not nearly as fun running by yourself. The scenery does eventually change up. Ending payoff is very meh. I'd say just invest in 2.

i think i'm gonna take it back i got it used at gamestop and swap it with something else. i just got a xbox for christmas and so far i've started and stopped.
1. crysis 2
2. gta iv
3. hitman
4. cod 4
5. borderlands
i can't find a game i really like.

Yeah, I tried to go back and replay B1 and so much has improved in B2 that I just couldn't do it. Add in the fact that B2 actually had a decent story and it is hands down the game to get.

Fable 2 is good but short. But you can prolly get it used off amazon cheaper than you can rent it. My cousin used to rave about Kameo, supposedly it is good but I cannot vouch for it personally.

Of course any of the Fallout/Elder Scrolls games also
