What types of Chinese/Asian food do younlike to cook? I never mess with chicken such as General Tso's because it seems like too much trouble. I typically stick with beef bulgogi or cashew chicken, and fried rice. What are some other good Chinese foods to cook that aren't difficult?

A Chengdu-style, Sichuan hot pot stew. Love that stuff.

Other favorites:
- Teppan Beef
- Dry wok beef
- Hunan style chicken
- Dan Dan noodles

I'm aware. The OP said Chinese/Asian. Thailand is in Asia, last I checked.

I'm cooking Oriental tonight, but nothing fancy. I'm using Walmart brand stir fry frozen veggies with cubed chicken breast. I'm also using a prepared stir fry sauce. I made andouille fried rice with egg. That's it.

My wife makes incredible egg rolls. I make stir fry. Other than that I'm with getthenet.

What does she put in them? I have never made home made egg rolls, but I would like to. The Chinese take out here has egg rolls that suck!

Egg rolls as easy now that the wrappers are so available. Google a recipe and have some fun. You can put whatever filling you want. Try artichoke, tuna, shrimp, etc.
