I could see Lord of Light being done well as a movie though.

That's a great pick, some of the scenes are almost scripted for a movie.

Yeah, seeing Yama and some of the others in battle would be awesome on film.

I'd love to see the Mistborn book 1 brought to life. Lots of interesting character/scenery/action scenes that would be epic onscreen.

The whole Masters of Rome series. It could easily be the next Game of Thrones.

At one time, Preacher was going to be a HBO series. But the powers that be thought it was too dark and controversial.

I watched Remo Williams the other day. Csb

I've always wanted to see a book called The Alienist as a movie. It'd be like Sherlock Holmes meets Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. It'd be a LotR ripoff, but I'd also like to see Terry Brooks' Shanarra series (sp) as a franchise.

Grisham's novel "will play for pizza" would be a great one too. It's about a QB who goes and plays in the Italian league because he is the laughing stock of the NFL.

I love this book.

Which I think they ARE making in to a movie.

If you grew up in the 80's, stop what ever you're reading and READ THIS BOOK.
