OK, so some mixed reviews are to be expected.. What about hands on? Would that change your mind at all?
I think that a good con to notice here is that you can only play that shite in the dark..

Well I only play games in pitch black so...hmm...
Might be cool for certain gametypes. Like a RPG if done correctly.
Illuminating the room based on tone of the game at that point during cutscenes...legit

Id totally geek out with it. Blank room walls,dark as frick with the lights out and the door locked so no one can see how big of a old nerd I am.
My biggest con is if shite pops on your wall and it isnt on your screen it could distract you from whats actually happening.
Overall I thinks its awesome

Well the concept is to show you what's outside the borders of the TV. It will show you whats all around you and not just what you're looking directly at.
IE;
with a projector, your just expanding the screen size with out the extra peripherals

I think this could be cool if expanded upon but right now it's just a gimmick. Most of CES is just showing off technology though and not actually products they are selling yet.
