What does the slang phrase "on the slick" mean?

The black people I work with a few of them use this often. Anyway at first I assumed it meant the same thing as "on the down low" but the context i've heard it used in lately wouldn't make much sense that way. What does it mean?

And has no one else heard this phrase used? I hear it at least once or twice a day and I can't figure it out

What context did you hear it used? It used to mean on the down low. Still does as far as I am concerned

I can't remember exactly, but I just remember that "on the down low" wouldn't have worked there. Or made sense.

Something about calling someone out on the slick is what I heard today. Don't see how on the down low would work if she called this cat out in the middle of the room like her story said.

Black dudes I worked with that had spent time in prison used to talk about slick-legging someone all the time.
