quote:
Thinly sliced medium-rare tenderloin flavored with a tough of lemon juice, served over fresh mint and Sliced onions, sprinkled with peanuts and fresh herbs. Served with “M?m Nêm” sauce.
Saw this on the PBS special. Just had it for lunch. Not disappointed.

I watched the same program. Want to try that but i don't like onions. Have you tried Tan Dinh yet? That's my favorite vietnamese place on the wank although nine roses is off the hook especailly since they got a new aquarium. My gf makes me go to nine roses all the time because thats pretty much all shell eat. Ill try it next time.

I've had that once before. Good stuff. Although, it's certainly a stretch calling it "medium rare". It's basically raw beef they're serving.

My office is in Gretna. My go to place is Pho Tau Bay. I enjoy all of them, but my loyalties ride with PTB.

Ask them for shrimp chips if they have it. It's amazing with it. If not, ask them for steam bun. Either will do. Yeah, it's made with rare meat.
