Teddy Bridgewater's recruiting process

While watching the replay of the Sugar Bowl a couple of nights ago, the commentators were discussing TB and his recruiting process. One of the guys made a statement that, as we all know, TB was very interested in coming to LSU and scheduled an official visit with LSU and both parties jointly agreeing to a specific date.
He went on to say, that prior to the scheduled visit TB and his parents were contacted and told that LSU would have to reschedule his visit because they (LSU) scheduled a trip to Georgia on that same day to meet with "Zach Mettenberger". This purportedly infuriated TB and family and they immediately contacted Louisville, scheduled an offical visit and ultimately committed to them.
I find this hard to believe, but did any of you guys hear this as well or know this to be true???

It ended up being the one receiver. It started out as a 4 man package.

Do you still feel like the coaches messed up because he was playing them to get his buddy a scholarship offer as well?
See the posts above mine. Pretty much from the start, Bridgewater was pushing to get his WR friend a scholarship and LSU wouldn't budge.
IMO, that had more to do with him going to Louisville than anything. Not rescheduling a visit.
Don't take everything said to the media literal.

Bridgewater also wanted immediate PT. He was a little turned off when we went after a JUCO guy (Mett) and the possibility of a redshirt season, from my understanding.
