Can't tell if the rain has stopped but the trees are dripping

Checked game cam and although several rack shooters for this club, no wall hangers. May move my cam to another spot tomorrow and see if there is something worth ending the year chasing. Good luck OB

Rem 308

Shot a 185 lb 5 point at 5:00PM yesterday evening. Finally got meat

The bucks taken here so far are all large bodies and no racks what so ever. This is my first year hunting this piece of land and I'd say it's over populated due to the small racks. What say you OB?

We've gotten a bunch of nice day time bucks pictures lately. One of them is a piebald 10 point at the stand I'm sitting in. If he weren't piebald, we may let him grow another year, but he is. If he steps out, he's getting the kapow.

Sounds like your deer need more proteins during the antler growing period. I killed a 180# 6pt once on land that grew some good deer. Of course he was 16 inches wide, and tall so I figured he has genetics issues and not diet.
