Ok people, I get it. Most of you are pissed about the bowl game and the season-if you feel better blaming Miles, do it but hey...THE PLAYERS HAVE TO EXECUTE!!! It's not the coaches fault a freshman who was pushed into service due to injuries got beat several times by a senior...it happens. It wasn't the coaches fault Reid didn't look up to make a play on the ball on the 4th and 15. It wasn't the coaches fault Mett airmails a pass to a wide open receiver on that second down that would have iced the game. Quit talking shil about Miles....he had to revamp the o-line with 2 freshman because of injuries and he also lost probably the most exciting defensive player in a long time before the season...its not all on Miles!!!

No doubt the average Rantard can't comprehend that other schools have equal and in some cases better talent than LSU and that players have to make the plays the coaches put them in position to make....as you point out in your post.
If you point out facts you are are Sunshine Pumper here....if you are anti Miles and find fault in everything he does you are a Negatiger. Way too many of them on the Rant for logical discussion of fact vs. Negative and unrealistic opinion.

1 rushing attempt the entire 4th quarter. That is coaching my friend. I will forever see 2nd and 2 and 3rd and 2 in my sleep... No denying that the game was lost due to poor play calling and poor clock management in the 4th quarter.

I thought it was some of the best play calling of the season. The calls were perfect, but our guys didn't execute.

Aww. But now you blew the OP's desperation premise completely out of the water. 2 yards needed. 2 downs to make them. No need for fancy (or even basic) passing in a questionable situation. Just put Hill in. Or Ware. Or Ford.

Miles has to devise offensive schemes & formations that are not so predictable. It's not hard to defend against his offenses. Therein lies the problem IMO. But I do agree that the 2nd & 2 play to a wide open Landry was the right call. It was not executed by Mett. The 3rd down pass play was not the right call for numerous reasons. I chose to believe Miles will make offensive adjustments in the off-season. If that makes me a sunshine pumper, so be it.

Did u people watch the Clemson game? Les had 1 running play in the 4th. quarter!!! We didn't loose the game we gave it away just like Bama.
