Avatar is probably the first one that would be a really good way to break it in. The whole movie was shot with 3D cameras so its really in depth the whole time.
Movies where only parts were shot can be kinda lame sometimes.

Did you get the Panasonic TY-ER3D4MU glasses or a different compatible bluetooth set of glasses?

Get Avengers 3D, best 3D I've seen on my tv yet (haven't watched Avatar on it yet though)

How to Train your Dragon is a really great use of 3D. It's my favorite of all my 3D movies.
I wasnt impressed with Lion King in 3D. While Finding Nemo is a good movie, the 3D was less exciting than I would have thought.
The Nightmare Before Christmas is actually a pretty good 3D movie and is always on sale. haha.
I have Alice in Wonderland coming in now. Pretty excited about that one.

that's because those are both conversions after the fact. Need to find something produced/filmed with 3D in mind.

keep in mind that's rating theatrical releases, which may or may not correlate to the stereoscopic 3D Blu Ray release (if the movie even has one)
