Havent been in a few years and went over the weekend. Was never spectacular like Laboca,but always delivered. I've always ordered the ribeye.However this time i went with the filet. Delicious i tell you. Cooked perfectly to med rare. This 10oz gem is only 25.00. I've paid alot more for smaller steaks.Total tab for two filets,onion rings,tea,and tip was 78.00.

didnt even notice the other prices. Would bother with any other cut anyway. My gf ate about six ounces and i unselfishly polished off the other four for her.

I ordered a filet at a place this week and when he asked how I'd like it cooked I said the usual, as rare as they'll send it out - blue rare. The guy came back and said they'd send it out raw if I wanted. That was a first for me, though I have had a restaurant serve me a tuna steak raw.
If they offered to tartare it I would have accepted, but I said no I don't want to make my fellow diners lose their appetites. They seared it for me. Came out blue rare, albeit cold all the way through. I guess that's an issue since they don't have time to let it sit long enough to reach room temp.
I eat hanger, shirt, and flank blue rare, but all other cuts with more fat I like medium rare.

Had the ribeye last time I went there and it was solid. Very good meal.
I was shocked how empty it was on a Friday night. I think there were 2 couples and nobody waiting at 8pm.
