You use Offensive team rankings as a measure of miles overall success as lsu's head coach???

You are too fricking stupid.

Does LSU's success equal Miles' success or in your mind is that denying the antecedent?

No, I use them as a measure of the offensive product he puts on the field.

I agree!

1ST in BCS football in wins since 05...all Miles.
1st in SEC in wins since 05...all Miles.
1st in West titles since 05...all Miles.
1st in SEC titles since 05...all Miles
1st in Top 8 national rankings of SEC programs...all Miles.
1st in SEC for 10 wins seasons since 05...all Miles

What don't the Miles bashers/complainers have a want to talk bout???

All the 1st under Miles and all the winning.

If John studies, he gets an 'A'
John gets an 'A'

Did he study? If you know the correct answer to this then you already know the answer to your own question.

I enjoy your kindergarten like analyses of the results. Is it because you don;t like the results of the analyses, or you don't understand how to read it?

Losses don't matter? So that little 1 to the right of the 13 last year didn't matter?

Miles is the HC...not the OC. the success or failure of the entire team is on his shoulders.

Mind making a graph for the defense and special teams?? TIA

or how about the team as a whole....even better. thanks

Your graph is stupid because in the end, wins matter. Not offensive team rankings that you are using to promote some moronic agenda to discredit the program's success.

Keep up the hate though. I'm sure miles gives a frick about your graph while he continues to keep lsu successful and cash his checks.

so as the HC of the whole team...he has no bearing on one of the two phases of the team?

only on the part playing well right? Not on the bad part...that's the players fault. Let me just remind you that the defense was awful until Chavis got here under Miles CO-DCs. Chavis is the reason the defense succeeds, not Miles.

I think the point repeated in this thread OVER AND OVER is that if Miles coached his offensive talent to the level it was recruited, we'd have at least 2 more NCs under him.

Therefore, we need new coaching on the offensive side of the ball regardless of where it comes from.

how about doing your special little graph for the other phases? or even better...the team as a whole? you know...since he's the HC and all. thanks again

Shows you how pathetic LSU's football program is historically relative to offensive greatness when 2011 is considered one of the greatest years of offense in LSU history.

Good to see you think so much of the program.
Maybe you can check it vs FBS historically. I'm pretty sure it would be up there, even without SoS considerations.

Yes, it mattered. But lsu was one of 2 teams in all of college football that made the title game. Also won the conference.

Some of you act like reaching the fricking bcs championship game is some easy feat.

We lost. It happens. But lsu is still a great program. You want to harp on it, go ahead. But it's senseless.

and 4 of the 5 top offenses have been under Miles. you're contradicting yourself

but once again...the Sabanistas refuse to give any credit to the HC.
