Yeah because miles hasn't lost back to back Bednarik and Thorpe award winners the last two seasons. Come on Bruh.

What was Miles' record the year following his NC in 2007? 8-5...

This is easy

t's not because Mett don't execute

Mett doesn't execute.

THE REASON for the execution then falls to:

1) He can't execute
2) He wasn't taught in practice to execute at a high level

THOSE THEN FALL to:

1)Then why was he recruited
2)Then why wasn't he taught in practice and drilled into oblivion

They then both fall at the feet of Miles. Think a little deeper than a puddle after a 10 minute rain shower, please.

I'll give credit to the amazing athletes that win despite the idiocy of their head coach in his duties.

So why is Auburn , Texas, and USC sucking? They have more incredible athletes than LSU. Especially USC and Texas. What you dumbass posters don't realize is that NO COACH WINS WITHOUT TALENT.

Les does LESS with more than just about every other team we compete with nationally.

It's a fact. Sorry to burst your bubble.

you idiots are cracking me up

y'all will sell your soul before you give Miles (the winningest coach in LSU history) any credit

super duper awesome players
short fields due to our super duper defense
defensive and SP teams TDs dont count
Sabans players (even though he took Sabans 4 loss team to the SEC championship and curbstomped the #2 defense in the country)

anything im missing?

2011 - Very skewed considering all the touchdowns the Defense and special teams gave LSU that year.
Scoring O. Try to keep up.

2006 - Should have been considering you had 3 first round draft picks on offense and Jimbo was the OC.
But, but, all Miles' OCs are just puppets.

2003 - Jimbo was the OC.
Yes and Miles wasn't the coach????
2003 just happened to sneak into the top 5 alongside 4 other Miles coached teams.
We knew it was Miles calling the plays all along.

I've given Miles credit in this very thread. Giving credit does not equal unquestionably worshipping the guy.

The spin provided by theunknownknight and cptbengal is enough to cause a seizure.

Never seen two people work so hard to discredit success of their supposed favorite team.

Shows you how pathetic LSU's football program is historically relative to offensive greatness when 2011 is considered one of the greatest years of offense in LSU history.

He doesn't? He's the coach of the program. How is that not equal to the team?

Everything that goes wrong with the team is blamed on miles yet he isn't part of the team? Get your spin straight so we can follow along.

Yeah if 4 losses is a Ferrari. You miles haters have turned Saban's tenure at LSU into something it wasn't. He lost Atleast 3 games a year, except once
