TLR-4 on XDM 9mm 4.5in?

Has anyone put the compact TLR-4 on a XDM 9 or comparable full-size pistol? I know it's made for a sub-compact, but for the price, it would be hard to beat the TLR-4 for a laser/LED combo. I will yield the remainder of my time to the infinitely resourceful OB.

TLR-1 is "duh gold standard."

Dawg, the TLR4 is the smaller version of the TLR1. The 4 is designed for compact rails that the 1 is too big to fit on.
To the OP, Depending on what it's mounted on, get the one that fits. Streamlight is awesome and I love my TLR1s.
