Per NOLA.com recruiting guru

Biggest competition for Karr standouts Noil and Willis will be:

Noil - Notre Dame, A&M with pull from Noel Ellis, and Fla for both Willis and Noil
Willis - Florida

I'm not sure a member of the 1999 recruiting class has particular relevance to the current state of Louisana football

I had forgot about Battle. I was thinking Benny Guilbeau from Opelousas was the last Louisiana guy to go to ND.

There is no competition for Noil from anyone. Only way he isn't a Tiger is if Frank Wilson leaves and probably still then because Frank wouldn't be at a major school as an OC or HC.

Willis will be somewhat of a battle throughout but I like where we sit. Still not buying the "Bama is out" crap. They sure don't seem to think so.

The great thing about LSU's offense is it doesn't need 5'10 wide receivers to be successful.

If this guy wants to be a Tiger then great.
If not... oh well.

I'm more worried about d lineman and defensive backs leaving the state.
