I usually pick the location for gun purchases 99% of the time but I always find myself in a sketchy location regardless. Nothing remotely bad has ever happened but its always less than ideal.

Yep. Gotta get state approval then ATF approval. Used to be able to send them at the same time but they no longer allow that. The state rarely, if ever, deny anybody but you still gotta get a letter signing off on it. This is with a trust or a CLEO sign off.

I know was helping out those that want stripped lowers. there is also a thread on there for complete uppers and complete lowers.
