Does not sound good. I recently finished off a bottle of Crown Royal Reserve that was enjoyable.

it has a very strong maple taste, it says it just has a hint of maple but it is more than that. very sweet as you could probably assume. would not drink again most likely.

I don't drink a lot of whiskey, but when I do, Crown is my choice. I can understand those whose preference is bourbon.

When I drink whiskey, I want it to taste like whiskey. A hint of some flavor is ok but the maple syrup is overpowering.
