I'm a horrible negotiator. I've found a weapon at a pawn shop here in Monroe that I want, and need the services of someone from your church to negotiate the price.

WOW.

Mrs. Tigerdeacon is, but I doubt you would get much help from her after that statement.

Benelli Super Nova.

Black/not Camo.

Asking 4 honey buns for it.

New one (camo) is 6 honey buns.

How much should I offer?

Man, I thought that was nicely done, and completely unoffensive.

I admitted that I was horrible at something, and that some folks are purportedly better at it.

Edit: Since offense was taken, I'ma change it.

Aaaight, I changed it.

Just one man's opinion, but paying more than 4 honey buns for a pump action shotgun is absolutely retarded. For an additional honey bun or two you could get a gently used automatic.

Not a bad plan, but this guns headed to the marsh, and may be used as a push pole/boat paddle.

was specifically looking for something I could NOT tear up/have to clean alot.

One can find an oar and a push pole for way less than a honey bun and have a better gun.

I wouldnt touch that for 4 bills, maybe $250.

I got an 870 mag at a pawn shop in Shreveport for $150 out the door last year. they were asking $189 I believe.

The MSRP on a Benelli Nova is $539 should be able to get new for $450

Is it the Nova or Supernova?

Supernova is more because of the stock.

ETA: Jut saw Super nova New can be had for less than $500

That's insane, a bear claw alone is worth 8 honey buns.

WTF is going on here??? Honeybuns and zebra cakes.

Just go in and tell them what you are willing to pay. If they are not gonna budge on price they're not gonna budge.

Do your homework and see what they are selling for and use that as a pricing point.

Bro, call the Spotted Dog and see how much they have them for. I guarantee they have them new for around 5 honey buns and a strawberry shortcake.

Give them a Johnny's Sweep and a few Airport Long Island Iced Teas in lieu of 4 honey buns.
