I've found that I just really don't feel like spending large amounts of time playing MP
online anymore. All the games I'm currently playing, I play for the campaign/story.
Maybe I'm just getting old.

I actually lose interest in most games if I can't at least do co-op with a friend or two

Yea, Stout, that might be part of it. I've tried playing Halo by myself, and I lose interest after a game or two.

Agree to that too, Stout. And speaking of co-op, has anyone tried the new DLC out on Boarderlands? I may have to get that too if it's good

Not at all. Im super competitive and love the us vs them aspect.
I could actually do without a single player campaign on most games.
However I do find that I am enjoying a break more often than I used to. There are some really really good single player games out and on the way. Assassin creed ,Hitman, Last of us. I am enjoying them more then in the past.

Most of the currently popular online games either blow hard or are stale clones of older games.

Yes. Very much so. I will play the MP until a new game I want comes out. I will not buy a game with a shitty SP just for MP

That is true for me. I've completely ignored the newest multiplayer in CoD, Battlefield, and Halo. Becomes boring super quickly.

I am on the same boat, Scruffy. But I think that has more to do with the fact that the majority of my friends have an Xbox and I have a ps3 so I really don't have anyone to play COD games with

Yeah, I don't have too many friends that play online games anymore. The most I ever do is online in NCAA. Having said that, I've always favored games with better campaigns than multi players.

I got burnt out on Blops2 from playing it too much within the first week, so I've only played a handful of games since then. Zombies on the otherhand... that shite is cray cray fun
