I think it would be badass to have the flag as a small patch on the front of the jersey. I don't know if the NBA has rules against that, though.

There's no way that the NBA could disallow it from being incorporated into the logo. I'd imagine that their plans included the city's flag somehow since they came up with those 3 specific colors.

Perhaps they wanted to change it up a bit to have the black and gold like the Saints. I just don't think it's coincidental that 2 of the 3 and now 3 of the 3 colors are found on the New Orleans flag.

Not bad, but I definitely don't like the numerical font and the asymmetrical design reminds me of Maryland's unis too much.

Also on the blue uniforms, I would take out the "New Orleans" so that it just says "Pelicans" in that font. I love all the logos though, especially the way you incorporated the current "NOLA" logo with the pelican. Good work.

Font sucks and the logo on Jersey sort of looks funny. Other than that...I REALLY like the way the jersey is put together and the asymetrical works.

To fully represent the diverse culture in NOLA, I'm hearing the official team colors will be Creole Navy Blue, Cajun Gold and Red Neck.
