A lot can happen, though. Besides, he is better off at ND than at LSU. The QB competition at LSU will be insane once Mett leaves.

Exactly. I think he would have been better off staying here, myself, but I enjoy the fact that he's sitting on the bench and will be unless something happens to the current QB. I have a want for revenge.

Golson is playing better each week, but he is hardly irreplaceable on their roster. He hasn't been lights out. He just hasn't screwed up too badly to where he has given Kelly a reason to bench him.
That said, I like Golson and I hope he continues to get better.

His mom flipped the frick out and selfishly wanted to keep him close to home. She didn't do it because she foresaw her son sitting the bench for a team that was going to make a BCS run.
