He actually handled that really well. I'm surprised he didn't flip out on him.

I have no clue how Mora Jr didnt throw his mic at him or something

Ole Jim Senior would have been meeting that reporter in the parking lot after giving him the biggest touge lashing ever before witnessed on television

That is great. Mora handled himself very, very well. I'm a big fan of his, and this just made me respect him even more. I would've blown up.

With that being said, Mora totally told his players to stop playing until Stanford got a sizable lead. I know it's against the coach's code, but you have to be smart. I would've told them to lose too, then denied it till I died to the media.

I'm not a mora or ucla fan, but he should've told that reporter to man up and come up on stage and stop being a bitch. If he would've gotten them to turn the cameras on that lippy reporter it would have been pretty funny.

T.J. Simers is a fricking douchebag that pulls this kind of shite once a year.

LA Times will always be a joke with Simers employed there.

How exactly do you expect that to work? "Hey guys, we have no chance at Oregon so pretty please dont try hard tonight so we can have a shot against stanford later on"

If that completely ridiculous and unlikely conversation did take place, than Stanford will beat UCLA 20 times worse than they did last week and Jim Mora just lost the respect of about 80 football players

I just don't see how it's so close at the beginning, then shite just gets dumb for UCLA, then they start moving the ball again after Stanford has gone up enough to put the game away.

The players should be smart enough to see the strategy in that too.

I can see the UCLA coaches maybe deciding to sandbag a little knowing that they would get another crack at Stanford in a week. Especially if they felt like they matched up with them better than Oregon. There is literally 0 chance that they told the players to go out there and take a dive though. If they did, they should all be fired tomorrow morning because they will never again have the respect of that locker room.
