So we fell victim to the "even number year" curse again!

The good news is that next year is an odd numbered year! We're gonna rock the '13!
Since 2000, LSU has gone the SECCG every odd numbered year except for 2009. When in doubt go with history and bet on the streak!

1 main reason for the curse: roads games @ Auburn, Florida & Arkansas. LSU has never beaten all 3 on the road in that span.

Alabama sucking helped us a lot in 01, 03, and 07. Our odd year schedule is just as tough now with Alabama being so good.

Agreed, and with Aub looking like they will suck for the next couple of years, I wouldn't be surprised if the even number years will start to supercede the odd years. It's all about schedule in CFB, like Bama and GA have shown this year.
