It's a Wonderful Life. Just a fantastic movie. It still gets me every time I watch it.
Second choice is A Christmas Story.

Its tough to pick one movie or TV special. My family sold Christmas trees for 25 years so I'm a pretty big Christmas nut.
I usually end up watching at least part of all these every year. Home Alone and A Christmas Story are probably the two I see in full the most but that has more to do with other people wanting to watch those two and how often they are on TV.
Elf
Gremlins
Die Hard
Scrooged
Bad Santa
Just Friends
Lethal Weapon
Trading Places
Home Alone 1/2
A Christmas Story
Christmas Vacation
Surviving Christmas
Santa Clause The Movie
Muppet Christmas Carol
A Muppet Family Christmas
A Charlie Brown Christmas
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas
Dr Seuss How the Grinch Stole Christmas

I think I'm gonna go with this one.
Most of everyone else I've seen they run the 24 hours of :insert movie here: and burn me out on it. Especially Bad Santa for me.
Scrooged is probably my 2nd though. I can deal it.

I grew up to my Grandpa watching the 24 hour marathon of A Christmas Story, so that is my favorite.
Then:
Home Alone 1
Home Alone 2
Elf
How The Grinch Stole Christmas
Christmas Vacation
Rudolph (though the Abominable Snowman still freaks me out)
Die Hard

You can only pick one movie
The original Miracle on 34th Street is my all time favorite, but there's no need to pick one movie when there are 2 channels running made for TV, DList Celebrity, Christmas movies 247.
