That's as good of a deal as you will probably get on Halo 4 right now. No way it or Black Ops 2 go on sale anytime soon.

Didn't think it would be worth starting my own thread, but I picked up this laptop as a Lightning deal for $450:

Mostly got it for portability + being a bit overly powerful for what I need (Autocad probably being the biggest processor hog) so that I won't have to upgrade for quite a while. If I have a game that I want available for both PS3 and PC, which should I get? Will the PC version look better on that setup? I didn't buy the laptop for gaming purposes at all, but I like the idea of having cheap options for the likes of Arkham City (which, last I checked, was still like $30 on the Playstation store), and if it would look better on the laptop, that's a bonus. I would be playing either on a front projector, so no worries about screen size.

I doubt that laptop will run Arkham City nearly smoothly enough for it to be enjoyable. I would get it on PS3.

I also bought Arkham City, and talk about a sham. Apparently you have to activate the game through securecom or something, and it asks you for a serial number. I entered the code Amazon gave me to enter into Steam to download the game and it doesn't work. Only code I have. I went to the Steam forums and everyone is having this problem and nobody has a clue how to fix it.

NOTE to people on the fence about PC games right now. The Steam Xmas sale will start in about three weeks and the games on sale now will probably be cheaper then if you can wait.

If anyone finds any good Turtle Beach deals, or other good headphones on sale, post them. I see the TB P11's on Amazon for $42, but I think there's better out there, if not I'll grab those.
