If somehow Payton isn't the coach next year for the Saints, do you think they will seriously consider Vitt or go looking for amore established head coach?

If the Saints make the playoffs and SP turns out to be traitorous, greedy dick that he's beginning to look like, then yes, he deserves a serious look.

frick all these douchebags in here. Honestly if Payton doesnt come back, we might just consider someone else for the HC job. Better than leaving it vacant. And of course we would consider the guy who held the position for the past year, knows the team, has rapport with the team and fans, and was chosen this year as the Interim HC. OP: Can you answer a reasonable question for me?
If a full grown male elephant escapes from the zoo, breaks into your house, opens your fridge, pours himself a glass of Orange Juice, leaves the carton on the counter, goes into your room, rapes you without waking you up, then sneaks out the back door, would you be mad that he didnt put the OJ back in the fridge?

Put it this way.
I'm not going to sit here and root for the Cowboys to win just because I'm scared Payton may wind up at Dallas. Screw Dallas I hope they lose every game. Payton should stay with the Saints, but if he wants to go elsewhere then so be it.
I want Payton back and think he's great, but if not then yeah they will definitely go with Vitt.
