He's from Ohio, I think he will be dominating the Big 10 at Ohio State for at least 5-8 years. I don't think Texas would interest him at all.

Honestly, I really thought it was possible before he took the OSU job and I was quite excited about the prospect of him coaching Texas. I think he would do great here (obviously he would do great anywhere). Sadly, I no longer think he's an option. The only thing getting him out of Columbus is if, somehow, there were additional NCAA problems from the Tressel era and Meyer decided to say f it.
Didn't Chicken post that before he went to OSU?

Notre Dame is his dream job. I believe what his book says is that Ohio State, Penn State, and Notre Dame were coaching moves that his family was unable to veto, but that Notre Dame was ultimately his dream job.
