By dipping his hand in a water bath with a special graphic film, this guy from El Paso Powder Coating and Hydrographics turns his hand into something out of Crysis. Now where’s the rest of the Nanosuit?

This has been around for a while, any plastic part that has intricate graphics, i.e. camouflage atv, is most likely produced using this technique. There are companies that you can order a diy kit that will allow you to do this yourself, I know of a few people that have put this stuff on their guns.

Not even remotely close. Coating your hand in carbon fiber isn't really anything special.
This is like saying wrapping myself in saran wrap is the beginning of a nanosuit.
