Stuffed pork chop help

I have two stuffed pork chops I thawed and was going to cook tonight for supper. I would normally use my gas grill, but my grill is not wanting to light.

Should I just sear them and put them in the oven? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No need to sear them. Bake them uncovered in a 350F oven for about 30-35 minutes. Put a little water in the bottom of the dish to keep the drippings from burning.

I like to cook them like I would with regular, non stuffed, pork chops. Smother them in a heavy black pot on the stove for a couple hours.
