My 8 year old son had his choice of 5 doe yesterday afternoon and nerves got the best of him again.
He's had an opportunity on 3 big deer this weekend and didn't shoot. I'm proud of him no matter what for not forcing his shot and wounding a deer.

Someones dogs just jumped a small buck the in cut over I'm hunting. All had collars and now walking up and down my shooting lane. Some good looking walkers...cant shoot a mans hunting dogs but the owner and I will be having a talk very soon.

Sounds like yotes or hogs to me.

When we were kids my neighbor shot 16 times one evening. Never did figure out how many deer he shot at. He was also a huge liar and missed more than anyone I know. Everybody kinda felt like he'd shoot in the air just to say he shot at one
